This spiral bound edition was personally gifted to me by the author, Darryl Beckmann, around 20 years ago when I visited his shop in Seattle.
This is a special edition addendum to Alexander, The Man Who Knows. It was only available to magicians, and if I recall correctly only 100 of these were produced.
Overall it is in good condition, a few of the pages in back look like they have gotten some water on them somewhere over the years (see pictures).
Very hard to find item.
