This is a rare item; a collapsing nail used to perform the Blockhead effect of shoving a nail up your nose. Very well made. Once gone, no more will be made.

Performer shows what appears to be a large aluminum nail. Performer then proceeds to pound the nail up their nose with a hammer. The nail seems to enter several inches up the nose. Performer then pulls the nail out to the horror of those watching.
Very realistic and bizarre looking.
