Condition: Very Good with original instructions.
Effect: Two prowling cats chase a chicken out of the coop in an effort to catch it. However, the chicken foil is their plot by hiding in a bag. Both cats enter the bag and still can’t find the chicken. One cat then goes back to the coupe while the other guards, the bag, so the chicken has no escape! The magician comes to the rescue and after a Magic pass the door to the coop is opened — Revealing the chicken; both cats are left, “holding the bag”.
Size - Stands are approx 12” long. Coop is about 10” t & 10 w. Cats & chickens are around 6” x 6”. The whole unit packs down flat.
Extremely scarce vintage magic effect. This is the only one I’ve seen.
Creative Magic Products was a joint venture started by Dr. Keith Rossein and Frank Paglia in Baldwin, New York, c. 1974. The company appears to have only been in business for about 4 years.
