Dynamite Collector’s Edition (manufactured by Magic Makers) is a visual close-up and parlor transformation effect utilizing precision-turned brass apparatus. A small red stick of dynamite/firecracker with a white fuse is shown and placed inside a solid brass cylinder. A brass cap is fitted onto the cylinder. Upon removing the cap, the dynamite stick has completely vanished—magically transforming into a bright red silk handkerchief!
Why Add It to Your Repertoire:
This effect relies on a precision-crafted brass "Nickels to Dimers" or "Boston Box" style internal locking mechanism, allowing for a seamless, self-contained transformation right under the audience's nose. Crafted in heavy, solid polished brass, it offers a satisfying tactile feel and reliable mechanical operation with zero complex sleight of hand required. Its compact size makes it a great walk-around or close-up feature piece, while its solid brass aesthetic appeals strongly to collectors of metal pocket magic and micro-apparatus. Complete with the original red firecracker prop, solid brass tube and cap, and printed instruction sheet.
