Theme & Character: Designed around Napoleon of Crime, Professor James Moriarty. The deck features dark, brooding court cards depicting Moriarty and his web of criminal operatives.
Color Palette & Styling: Uses a darker, black-and-gold motif throughout the card backs, court cards, and tuck box, standing in sharp contrast to the rich red tones of the Holmes Edition.
Tuck Case: Features intricate foiling and detailed engraving-style artwork on dark card stock, complete with a custom seal on original and limited releases.
Printing Quality: Printed by the United States Playing Card Company (USPCC) on premium stock with an embossed Air-Cushion / Aristocrat finish.
